{BEST} Tortellini Soup

Can we talk about this weather in the middle of FEBRUARY?! Holy cow, I love it.
If you follow me at all on IG story, you should have seen this recipe a while ago. I made it again the other day and had to post it on here for you guys… SO easy and SO good. I have made it on the stove top and the crockpot, so it’s really up to you. I am debating adding a meat to it next time as well. My kids actually each the spinach too ;)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bag Frozen Tortellini
1 Small Bag of Fresh Spinach
2 Cans of Italian Style Diced Tomatos
1 Box or 4 Cups of Vegetable Broth
1 Block of Cream Cheese
Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or combine on the stove top until the cream cheese is all melted!
